On 16 July 2026 the game got a new look, a zen tea house in spirit. Menus became illustrated buttons and panels, and the board sat on a rich green felt table with an embossed mandala.
The home screen gained a round Japanese bamboo door. When you start a level, the door slides open onto the board.
The look is built from a few simple things: warm woods, washi paper menus, lacquer-red buttons with gold ink, and a green felt table with gold flourishes in the corners. The tiles are ivory.
The felt table and the door are still part of the game today, and the Jade Table is the default background.
